I went back-and-forth on whether to give three or four stars because their flowers selection is amazing but their hours are not great and how can you call yourself a flower shop and not have flower food. I’ve never bought flowers from anywhere where they don’t offer flower food.

My brother and I visited Metro Flower Market for the first time, and I was so impressed not only by the vast floral selection, but the amazing service! A staff member, Jenny, greeted us and offered her support and care as we shopped for florals for my grandmother's memorial service. She went above and beyond to make this experience as easy as possible and I can't thank her enough!

I saw positive reviews for Metro Flower Market, so I decided to pre-book/order around $800 worth of flowers for pick up on 11/26/24. I’m SO disappointed and upset with my experience. First off, the colors on the website are inaccurate with what I received. For example, the website shows a light pink anthurium flower, but they gave me dark pink. I said to them that this wasn’t the color I ordered, but they said it was final sale and couldn’t do anything. I also requested white garden roses and received cream/yellow colored ones instead. Second, a majority of my flowers were rotten when I opened up the packaging the next day on 11/27/24. Everything is final sale though, so I’m out of luck. Third, they overcharged me for 100 roses and I had 100 stems missing from my order. They did refund me for the overcharge, but they are not refunding the damaged flowers or the florals that were inaccurate from the website. Avoid this place, especially for prebook orders. I learned my lesson and will not be coming back with orders.

I recently visited Metro Flower Market all the way from NY. And I’m so very happy that I did! On Thursday evening I took a class here. My arrangement was beautiful and the class was full and sold out. Prior to taking class I got there early so I can shop in this beautiful shop I picked up so many pretty and unique vases to use when I returned home to make my own arrangements. And the assortment of flowers I saw in their cooler were amazing as well! 10 out 10 can’t wait to return! The staff and everyone I encountered was helpful and very sweet. Customer service was outstanding!
